As the Associate Creative Director at R.R. Donnelley agency, I held the position of leading the digital creative team. My key responsibilities were to conceptualize, design, and implement all email campaigns for Albertsons. Albertsons, well-known banners include Safeway, Vons, Jewel-Osco, Shaw's, Acme, Tom Thumb, Randalls, United Supermarkets, Pavilions, Star Market, Haggen, Carrs, Kings Food Markets, and Balducci's Food Lovers Market.
I oversaw the migration from Adobe to the Salesforce platform, collaborating closely with the Albertsons UX team on module design, character counts, dynamic applications, font selection, and image sizes. By creating templates, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, I facilitated a smooth transition for the overall user experience.
I provided comprehensive design direction for the daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables generated by both the design team and myself.
